We currently do not offer shipping to the following countries:

Unfortunately in some instances we cannot ship to specific countries. This is due to the unavailability of shipping couriers who can transport orders from our UK warehouse to these destinations.

Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, you must:

• Take clear photos or a video before opening the parcel
• If you do open the parcel, ensure the entire unpacking process is video recorded

Failure to provide photo or video evidence may mean we are unable to assist with any claims.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please note:

• If your shipping bag is damaged, you must record a video before opening
• Free shipping may exclude military bases, islands, and the Scottish Highlands

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to us as Return to Sender (RTS), the courier charges us a handling fee.

In these cases:

• The RTS handling fee will be deducted from your refund
• This applies if delivery fails due to incorrect address details or no one being available to receive the parcel

To avoid RTS fees, please ensure:

• Your delivery details are accurate
• Someone is available to receive the parcel at the address provided
• Any communications from the courier are addressed and not ignored

EU Orders
EU orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre using trusted international couriers.

• Duties and taxes are covered on orders up to €150
• For orders over €150, additional duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery

United States
US orders have all duties and taxes included.

Australia
Australian orders under $1,000 AUD are duty and tax-free.

Other International Destinations
For all countries not listed above, duties, taxes, and customs charges are not covered and may be applied by local authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in order for the parcel to be released and delivered.
